4 Ingredient Skinny Mango Margaritas

Hey friends, happy Cinco De Mayo! Can you believe we’ve somehow made it to MAY??? Because I can’t! I feel like March took like 25 years, and then suddenly it was May! It’s almost like April just didn’t even happen. Anyone else feel that way?

Anyways, given what day it is, I’ve been craving a good margarita, but I didn’t have any mix and didn’t feel like going to the store, so I decided to challenge myself and work with what I had on hand, and honestly, this may be my new go-to summer drink recipe! Unlike a typical sugar filled margarita, this one is 4 ingredients (5 if you decide to add the optional simple syrup!) only about 225 calories, and SO good!

What You’ll Need:

1 cup Frozen Mango Cubes

1 Can Lime Sparkling Water

2 Shots Tequila

1 Squirt of Lime Juice (I used the bottled kind, but you could also use fresh lime)

1 tsp simple syrup (optional)

Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth! It will make one big margarita (which is what I based the calorie count on) or two small ones! I wasn’t sure how a sparkling water would blend, but it blended with the mango surprisingly well and I actually LOVE that it gives the drink a subtle carbonation. If you want to make it extra fancy you can rim the glass with either salt or sugar!
