Monday Must-Haves: Style Staples and Makeup Faves!
Happy Monday! Today I thought I’d do another favorites roundup, since you guys seemed to love the last one I did in October and I’ve found some new favorites that I’ve been going back to over and over again! As the weather has gotten colder, I’ve been loving anything that’s oversized, comfy and warm! This outfit is made up of some pieces I’ve found myself wearing non-stop lately! You may remember the jacket from this Instagram post! I seriously wasn’t sure about it when I first got it in the mail, but ever since I started wearing it I haven’t been able to stop! This sweater (also featured in this post on Instagram) comes in a few different colors and I seriously want them all! It’s the perfect length to wear with jeans and I LOVE the cute little heart details! I feel like you can easily dress it up or down depending on the look you’re going for! Believe it or not, these jeans are from the Kohl’s juniors section! They are the PERFECT fit, super comfortable (they’re really stretchy so they feel like leggings) and SO affordable! I cut holes in the knees to give them a bit more of an edge and I’ve been loving how they look in all my fall outfits. Finally, these booties are another favorite! If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed them in pretty much all of my posts lately. They’re the perfect height to wear with jeans, and I love the cute little scalloped detailing. They come in a gorgeous dark green color, too!
Now that we’ve got my clothing faves covered, here are some makeup favorites I’ve been using pretty much daily:
Urban Decay Born To Run Palette: This palette is probably my favorite palette ever! It has so many different color options, so it’s perfect for your every day makeup, or a bold colorful look! I’ve been reaching for it almost daily!
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion: This has been my favorite for years! I pretty much never do my makeup without it!
L’Oreal Infallible Total Coverage Foundation: I just discovered this and LOVE it! The coverage is amazing and it stays on all day long! For under $15, you seriously can’t beat it!
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye: I didn’t love this at first because I thought it was too thick, but after I started using it for a while I’ve learned that a little goes a LONG way and it turns out that I was just using too much originally. It stays on all day and doesn’t move, and has super full coverage! Just make sure to set it with powder!
NYX Professional Micro Brow Pencil: I used to use a powder and a brush, but I recently switched to this and I feel like it goes on so much easier and you have more control! I usually use the pencil part first then brush through with the spoolie to make sure it looks even and natural!
Urban Decay Vice Lipstick: This has been one of my go-to fall lipsticks! Of course when I decide to tell you about it I can’t find mine to check the color, but I’m pretty sure I use the shade “Native” and it’s the perfect everyday color!
