The Cutest Scalloped Hem Dress

This dress is another Shein gem that I'm so happy with! It is only $24 and the quality is amazing for the price! When I first ordered it, I was a little nervous that I wouldn't love the scalloped hem, but that's honestly probably one of my favorite things about the dress! It also fits SO perfectly, the material is super heavy and stretchy and its actually really comfortable for a nicer looking dress.

I paired it with heels, but I also think it would be super cute with black over the knee boots!
