I found this dress for less than $20 on SheIn.com and it has since become one of my absolute favorite websites! I will admit that sites like this can be kind of hit or miss, because everything tends to run slightly smaller and the material can sometimes be dissappointing, but after a while you get to the point where you can kind of tell whether something has the potential to be made out of a cheap looking material and you learn to avoid those things.
So far I have ordered two dresses from SheIn (this one, and the
from a previous instagram post) and I always get tons of comments on both whenever I wear them out. I will say that the bird dress is extremely short and thin, so I cannot wear it without a white tank top and shorts underneath, but I'm 5'7ish, so it might be different depending on your height. If you are thinking about ordering off of SheIn but are worried about the quality/fit, I'd say that for the price I have so far found it to be absolutely worth it.
